The project design agency “Burmistrov & Partners” was founded in 2009.


Burmistrov & Partners has been offering its clients a wide range of services in the design of kitchen production facilities for restaurants and hotels since 2009.

Since many of the top experts at the design firm have extensive experience working as chefs in the kitchens of the best international hotels in Russia, Burmistrov & Partners stands out from its competitor's thanks to a profound understanding of the operational core of proper procedures for cooking.

We pay close attention to the search and selection of technically balanced design solutions, as well as workplace ergonomics, as these are essential for efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated production, leading to the highest level of service.

Since 2009, the company's founder and chief designer, Ruslan Burmistrov, is the only Russian specialist certified by the international association of kitchen designers and consultants, FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International).

  • 2004 - accepted into the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Chef Rotisseur, 2007 - title of Maitre Rotisseur
  • 2003 - 2008 - Executive Chef in «Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel» Marriott hotel chain. Restaurant “Canvas”.
  • 2008 - 2009 - Food & Beverage manager in «Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel»
  • 2009 – founded the project design agency "Burmistrov and partners"
  • 2009 - accepted by the international association of kitchen designers and consultants, FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International). The only Russian specialist accredited by FCSI.

Education: Togliatti Military Technical Institute (former: Togliatti Higher Military Construction Command School) with a degree in fire fighting and safety engineering.

  • 2004 - 2008 – Senior Sous-Chef, Executive Sous-chef in «Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel».
  • 2008 - 2011 - Executive Chef in «Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel».
  • From 2011 till this day - "Burmistrov & Partners" LLC.

    Education: St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University (SMTU). I work in the company because the best experts in our fieldwork are here. I want to see the day when our work will finally be fully appreciated. I enjoy traveling, being active, and having adventures. My motto: "Think like a doer, act like a thinker".

    Joined the company in 2020.

    Education: ITMO University, Faculty of Food Biotechnology and Engineering. In addition, I can gain a lot more experience and knowledge in this area, which is also something I'm interested in. Separately, I'd like to mention the team and working environment—everything is typical of a contemporary, forward-thinking company! Besides studying/working, I have always loved different activities: I like tennis and in beach tennis, I am the winner of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region and participated in the Russian championship. Since 2017 I’ve been making custom sweets and pastries to order.
