Four Seasons Moscow - 'The modern version of the 1930s Moscow hotel' is located in the heart of Moscow with views of the Kremlin and Red Square. The level of service in Four Seasons meets the highest standards.

WHAT WERE THE BIGGEST DESIGN CHALLENGES FOR THE FOUR SEASONS MOSCOW?

During the design of Four Seasons Moscow, we were able to reach the requirements:

●      The hotel's two restaurants, Moskovsky Bar and Silk Lounge Restaurant, each have their unique menus and are served from the same kitchen. In this way, maximum efficiency was achieved in minimum space. Four Seasons Moscow received a compact technical model of the multifunctional kitchen.
●      Developed a full laundry and dry cleaning service cycle for the hotel.
●      A carefully thought-out workflow of service chains and work routes
The balance of the technical structure is ideally set both in the manufacturing complex of the catering facility and the “Back of the house”.

The kitchen of the Four Seasons Moscow Hotel, designed by us, serves as a venue for hosting culinary competitions (such as the Silver Triangle, etc.) and hosting gala dinners from renowned foreign Michelin chefs such as Vito Mollica, Victor Gutierrez, and Andrea Accordi.
